Prepaid orders of AED 75 or more qualify for free delivery. For prepaid orders below AED 75, delivery charges are shown at checkout. Thresholds use the order total after discounts.

Yes. Cash on delivery costs AED 30 for orders below AED 200. At AED 200 or more after discounts, delivery is free and the COD charge is waived.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection or personal preference. For a wrong, expired or damaged product caused by an issue on our side, submit a request within 15 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with labels, batch and expiry details visible. Include your order number or invoice; photos or videos may be requested. Requests require approval, and replacements depend on availability.

Opened, used or tampered products, customer-caused damage, promotional, discounted or clearance items, and orders shipped outside UAE are excluded under our policy. Contact support to review your case before returning anything.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval; bank or provider timelines may vary. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Kuwa.
